Sid, a medical student, is attracted to the swaggering uniforms of the fascistic Alpha Kappa Omega fraternity. But to be initiated, he and other initiates must endure shocking brutality and humiliation, and remain stronger than the rival fraternity. The daily hazing makes some of them doubt, but leaving the group of alpha males is not without pain…

Clearly inspired by Alex and his droogs in A Clockwork Orange, filmmaker Mike De Leon sees in the life of university fraternities a living allegory of the Philippines under martial law.
