Volunteers

The Black Movie Festival, dedicated to international independent cinema, returns to Geneva from 16 to 25 January 2026 for its 27th edition. Every year, more than a hundred volunteers help to make this event a truly collective, artistic and human adventure.

Why become a volunteer?

Participating in Black Movie means:

• Immersing yourself in a bold, curious and borderless festival – discovering works from all over the world and the perspectives of unique filmmakers.
• Meeting artists, professionals and other film enthusiasts – sharing special moments

Who are we looking for?

Motivated, dynamic and open-minded people who are ready to enthusiastically get involved in the various tasks of the festival: welcoming the public, ticketing, logistics, accompanying guests, technical support and much more.

No specific experience is required – just a desire to participate, share and be part of a unique human adventure.
